… and I’m a Registered Dietitian who’s made it her mission to educate, inspire, and empower women (and men, too) like you to SHAPE your eating habits and relationship with food.
I get it, I’ve been there too…
I once rode the diet roller coaster. Low-carb diet one week, Master Cleanse the next, and all in-between. I’ve struggled with living in extremes and an all-or-nothing mindset.
My eating habits and lifestyle were unsustainable because most of what I knew about nutrition came from the mouths of celebrities. And we know they aren’t a credible source when it comes to nutrition…
So, I became that credible source.
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in nutrition who’s made food and nutrition her heartbeat. But even with my nutrition background and experience, I’ve come to the realization that…
nutrition is confusing AF
Carbs are out, fat is in. Oh, and be sure to drink that glass of celery juice every morning! I know, it’s so confusing. And the “wellness influencers” on social media haven’t made it any less confusing. They like to tell you exactly what and you should be eating without even knowing who you are!
But guess what? Nutrition isn’t black and white, it’s fifty shades of gray.
What works for you may not work for someone else. Which is why I focus on a practical and sustainable yet evidence-based approach to nutrition and wellness.
